If your dress order is shipped back, bounced or refused by you then you will incur a 60% restocking fee plus a $20 processing fee plus all applicable shipping charges.
You are solely responsible in taking accurate measurements and ordering the correct size and color. Edresscentral.com is not responsible for inaccurate measurements taken by you, nor will Edresscentral.com replace a dress due to the fact you ordered it in the wrong size or in the wrong color.
All orders are systematically placed at the time you actually order your dress online with us bearing we can get the dress by the appropriate wear date you have typed into our order form. Once the order has been placed we will not charge your credit card until we are positive we can get the dress to you in time for your wear date.
All merchandise is pre-inspected by our quality control team prior to it being shipped out to you to guarantee your dress is not defective.
Color swatches vary from designer to designer and the color name each designer assigns to their color swatches can vary. In no way is there any guarantee the name of a color swatch will indicate what you will receive. You may wish to consider purchasing a $25 color swatch to confirm you will be receiving is what you expect. Due to the nature of fabrics, trim and color, slight irregularities, slubs and or shape and shade inconsistency should not be considered flaws or imperfections, each dress is unique to itself.

Edresscentral.com is NOT responsible for any damages made to the dress by the customer after having received the item such as broken zippers, deodorant stains, beads falling off due to excessive rough handling of the item, etc.

If by chance there is a possible damage to your dress from the shipping process then Edresscentral.com will fix any dress free of charge. In order to process any such claim you must notify Edresscentral.com within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, you then must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RA (return authorization) number from Edresscentral.com. Any dress shipped to us without a RA number will be refused and or will incur a 60% restocking fee plus a $20 processing fee plus all applicable shipping charges. You must ship the dress back to EDressCentral.com at your expense and Edresscentral.com will ship the dress back to you at our expense. Please note, either a replacement of the same identical item or repair will be granted to any flawed or damaged dress. Please note you can not replace one style with another style. Irregardless of your wear date Edresscentral.com will replace or repair your dress as soon as possible but we do not guarantee it will be completed by your wear date.
By submitting us your credit card information and shipping address, you are agreeing to the online sales policy set forth by Edresscentral.com that you have agreed to by clicking the box on the "Your Shopping Cart" page, which states, "I agree with the online sales policy". By the click of your mouse you agree to all the terms listed within this page.

EDressCentral.com returns department will make an effort to do everything within our power, according to our return policy, to avoid credit card charge backs and or disputes. However, as per our terms and conditions if for any reason, a customer disputes an authorized charge with their credit card company or bank, that customer will automatically incur a $50 charge and/or reduction from the total amount of credit returned.
